Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins at the start of the BOMA event on May 21, 2026 and ends at the close of the BOMA event on May 21, 2026.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend the BOMA event on May 21, 2026.
Employees of Stanley Restoration and their immediate family members, and any other persons prohibited by their employer’s gift, ethics, or promotional
policies, are not eligible. Stanley Restoration reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must submit one business card and/or one completed entry slip during the sweepstakes period at the BOMA event entry location.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

No purchase, payment, referral, or business transaction is required to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary three (3) consecutive night stay at Stanley Restoration’s property in Gruene, Texas.

Approximate Retail Value: $1,200

Prize Restrictions

Prize is subject to the following restrictions:
  • Lodging only
  • Three (3) consecutive nights only
  • Subject to date availability
  • Not valid on holidays
  • Travel, transportation, meals, beverages, entertainment, incidentals, and any other expenses not expressly stated are not included
  • Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • No substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will occur at the end of
the BOMA event on May 21, 2026.

Winner does not need to be present to win.

Winner Notification

If the selected winner is not present at the drawing, Stanley Restoration will attempt to contact the winner by phone and email for up to three (3) days following the drawing.
If the selected winner:
  • cannot be reached,
  • does not respond within the three-day period,
  • is found to be ineligible,
  • or declines the prize,
then an alternate winner may be drawn at Stanley Restoration’s discretion.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Stanley Restoration, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes.


Stanley Restoration reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, duplicated, altered, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

Information submitted in connection with this sweepstakes may be used by Stanley Restoration for sweepstakes administration and follow-up business
communication consistent with applicable law and Stanley Restoration’s business practices.
